At BUnique HairSpa LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of personal care and hair products, we have the following policy in place.
Returns
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products.
We will accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Product must be unused and unopened.
- Product must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by BUnique HairSpa LLC.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

- Used products
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Products damaged through misuse
Allergies & Sensitivities
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before use.
If irritation occurs:
- Discontinue use immediately.
- Consult a healthcare professional if necessary.
Individual results may vary, and we cannot guarantee specific hair growth or hair care results.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
